We came mid-week in October. An oceanfront was appx $260 night. The grounds are immaculate, and the heated pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful sunrise view. The shower was small but functional.Walkability: Just 2 blocks to main circle.

Nicely build OCEANFRONT VIEWS hotel in MONTAUK NY. Montauk Blue Hotel has a friendly service at the dest and nice maintained place. You can get a nice view from your oceanfront room and beach sundeck; the hot tub & indoor pool is 10 to 6.

Waking up to the sound of waves crashing into the sandy beach, enjoying the mesmerizing sunrise from the ocean-facing balcony, and then watching whales and dolphins breaking the surface, trying to catch early morning fish, is a billion-dollar experience. Besides being clean and cozy, the hotel had a fantastic accommodating and caring staff. Other hotel guests were friendly and quiet.

The perfect location. Right on the ocean. The view is incredible. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great. Walking location to just about everything in town. Will be staying here again!

Montauk blue is in an Excellent location with large oceanfront rooms, that are clean and very comfortable!! Staff at front desk to all workers we encountered were very friendly and accommodating!! Price was very reasonable also !!

I want to say that Montauk Blue Hotel was such a great place to work. If you are in Montauk, I recommend this place. I had recent encounters with owners who brought back memories. I hope everyone is doing well.

The front desk and staff were so friendly as soon as we arrived! You can walk right into town easily. Great location. There’s indoor pool and hot tub as well. The staff even sets up your beach chairs as well on the beach. The bed is beyond comfortable, which is hard to find. Our room service for cleaning came right away too. Staff is on point and very accommodating.

A great waterfront but the office staff is not friendly or nice. A sign was posted you can call for different pool hours and when we tried since the pool is only open until 6pm they said I must be misunderstanding the sign. I’ll post the sign to see if I am the only one.The check in area is not 24 hours and we left at 4 am to drive back to the airport, the office was closed. So we left the two room keys and the two pool passes locked in the hotel room, and they charged us $53 for “lost key fees” even though they were in the room. Tried to call and ask about it and they were very rude and said I had to take it up with the manager who never called back.Unfortunate that they have a good location but bad service.The rooms and facilities could use an update for the price as well. Walls were thin and upstairs family had kids running around starting at 6 am everyday

We had the absolute best stay this weekend. It's clean, I mean, all we saw were people cleaning. The views were amazing. It's literally 4 minutes' to walk up to town. Front desk girls are very nice to talk to and helpful. Staff were there in seconds for anything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

This was the location for my honeymoon and everything just went right. There's no refrigerator or microwave but the price is still pretty fair for a true waterfront room.Halfway into our stay our doorknob stopped catching, so the door would blow open to a heavy gust of wind. We made hotel staff aware before going to dinner, and by the time we got back it was repaired. The bed was incredibly comfortable, to the point of making me realize I really need a new bed.Food & drinks: All the food nearby is expensive but delicious

The reception team ate very kind and helpful. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy, and are very comfortable. The hotel's location is rivaled by the views.

great location! rooms could use sprucing up. and unfortunately people could smoke on their patio and it wafts into your room ?. I thought this place was a non smoking hotel.relaxing, not relaxing LOL!
