    We had a great time at this place , very clean, friendly staff and stunning views. I will be sure to go back any chance I have , most likely with friends too .     The view of the ocean was perfect. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything you could need. Management and staff always went above and beyond.
    Oh and the shower was first rate.

    Briney Breezes is the best place to stay in Montauk. We just returned from another fabulous week. Our room is fabulous and Jenni and Robert are great people, as well as all the employees. We have been here for over 25 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. You will love it here .
