B&B is always my first call. They have serviced all 3 of our vehicles and have always given us great service and a fair price. Before replacing parts, the owner asked permisson to complete the job (ive had many mechanics do the work first and charge me without consent) and even showed me a video of my vehicle and gave me a thorough explanation of why the work needed to be done for safety. They will do their best to get you in for routine maintenance in short notice and always answer the phone or call you back quickly.

I have owned many cars and bought lots of tires. But I have never ever been charged for labor. The cost of tires has always included mounting and balancing. They charged $190 for replacing one tire, for what a 20 minute job?
And customer service is not part of their "service." Answering the phone with "Did I call you? I said I'd call you" is a way to put the customer on the defensive. One of the owners saw me arrive to pick up my car and went into the office instead of talking to me. I followed her to the service door which says "Do not knock. Call." So I called and they didn't answer the phone. I left a message. I saw the other owner go into another building. I knocked a few seconds later and he did not come out. I waited 15 minutes for him to come out, saying "I'm working on my bill." In the conversation hours before he said he was working on the bill then.
Terrible people.

This is quite possibly the most shady auto mechanic I’ve ever been to. My elderly mom went in for an inspection. Even though the tires on her car were only about 9 months old (I know, I put them on for her) they said she needed to install new tires if the car was going to pass. She didn’t know l, so handed over $1200. When she told me I almost fainted. I went right into the shop and talked to a guy “bob” who seems to be the owner. Asked him what the hell he was talking about with the tires and told them that I wanted the old ones back. IT HAD ONLY BEEN ONE HOUR AND HE TOLD ME HE THREW THEM OUT ALREADY - that they were taken away.
Is this guy kidding? I can’t believe that someone would take advantage of my 78 year old mother like this. There is not much I can do but leave this review in the hopes that others don’t use this business and meet the same fate. It takes a real winner to steel from an old lady and then lie about it. He could have at least been a man about it. It’s a shame that this kind of business still exists.

My 94 F150 would not start, I had it towed with NO notice to B & B on a late friday morning; they took the truck in and i left thinking i would not hear from them till the next week, maybe tuesday, and i wouldnt have expected different. Bob called me at 5:26 pm that day, friday. Pick it up he says....you want cheaper? its the Hamptons! I was not gouged, and time is money. They deal with NYC people and the equivalant NYC pressures.They owe you nothing but a good job. Thank you.

B&B is the best out East! They are quick and affordable. Everyone is so nice. I came in with a tire issue and they fixed it within a few hours. I would absolutely recommend them!

Helped me out of an unusual jam with a car I had rented (bike trapped in the back because the back gate failed to open). The rental car company was a nightmare to deal with and the team here was so understanding and willing to help us, despite the corporate nonsense from Hertz. Thank you!!
