Would give 0 stars if i could. Mail delivery service is HORRIBLE. The postal workers delivering mail/packages are always on their phones talking and have no care about whether they deliver the right mail to the right houses. I’ve had multiple packages delivered to completely different neighborhoods and have received mail from different houses. Not to mention their horrible customer service when you call to complain. I once had to go house to house looking for a very important delivery although they acknowledged the package was delivered to the wrong house and would “send someone to get it” which they never did. This place is a joke STAY AWAY.

misdelivered my packages and closed cases multiple times without recovering the package. When i finally got to see a supervisor in person, i was humiliated and laughed out of the post office. a disgrace of taxpayer funded services.

I have a bad experience with this PO ,they don't know how to solve a missing package problems. They keep telling me come back to check day after day without any solution. at the end the supervisor came and told me she can do anything about it that's so disappointed.
