I did their 3 Day Detox Program and I lost a few pounds. I highly recommend The Well to anyone that looking to lose weight in a natural and healthy way. The Well has the biggest variety of the best Kosher and Vegan supplements. I also did their 3 day detox program and guess what, I lost more than 7-8lb this week.
