I have to say eventou it was a busy season and many people were in the store, I got great service, (I got a buzzer and I was able to go out and shop till my turn came) and the staff was extremely nice and helpful!

Decent shoe selection. Service is usually iffy depending on how busy the store is - good or not that good. Upstairs is for sales and it's a free-for-all, you won't get any service there.***Helpful? Hit ?***
