Not only did they manage to fit me in their tight schedule, they did it for a much better price than what I got from another repair shop and couldn't fit me in their schedule. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it. I would recommend this shop to anyone with tire issues.”

“I called about a rattle in my engine area, and went down for a quick ride along. Unable to diagnose it just from the ride along we went back to the shop they took a quick look and immediately saw the head shield for my catalytic converter was hanging off and making the rattle. Put it up on the lift, secured the heat shield with a hose clamp and $20 I was on my way. I will 100% be coming back here if anything happens to my car.”

“Great service and very honest!!!!I bought my car to get an oil change and asked if they could check if I needed a tune-up as the car was getting fairly old, and I had yet to have one. I received a call back a few hours later stating the oil change was complete, and I didn't need a tune-up, as the sparkplugs are rated for 100k miles. Many places may have taken advantage of this situation, but not Bergen Tire. I highly recommend bringing your car there to get service, as they are extremely honest and provide exceptional service.Service: Oil change”

Needed to find an outside mechanic and I'm so glad I found Duke of Oil. He explained everything step by step didn't push what wasn't needed. “They do a great job detailing. However they didn't clean my visor area and I have to clean it myself bc it looks obvious. Plus, I found a small deep scratch on my car's touch screen and my car is leased. They said it was there before and have a video of it but looking at the video I didn't see the scratch and I am OCD so I notice everything and its hard for me to ignore when driving. It hurts my soul seeing a scratch!All I can do is apply blue tape on the screen next time I need it cleaned anywhere and I take it personally someone doesn't take care not to scratch the console or steering wheel or anything ? my car is my baby! Plus when I upgrade I don't want it happening to a newer car but I will talk to them before cleaning and remind them to take care.Maybe they used something to clean the seats and it happened? idk. We live and learn.. But the scratch feels etched into my soul, lol.”
