This is a fraudulent bank they don't pay the interest on your acccount that they promise and the employees don't really like when customers come in and interrupt them from playing angry birds or solitare they are trying to relax and enjoy there day watching youtube and than rude customers come in and bother the employees trying to to take a nap how rude of the customers they also only promote employees that don't work that's how michael got promoted to manager, I would recommend this place for employees that are looking for a job but not for consumers there is Apple bank and Key bank right across the street those are real banks.

1/5 stars - Extremely disappointing experience! The atmosphere at this bank is appalling. I don't expect to feel like I'm in a government audit when I'm just trying to do my banking. But what really takes the cake is the TELLER'S ATTITUDE. Rude and unhelpful. I'd rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this kind of service. M&T Please throw me out...

I am very frustrated with the service at M&T. I have a M&T credit card that I use occasionally. I received a late fee for posting my payment one day later than the date it was due. It is my experience at all other credit card companies that with a clean record they generally waive the fee in this instance. I called M&T and was on hold for way too long and then finally reached a representative to request that they waive the fee. I was told it will take 12 DAYS to receive a response and to take no action. I never received their decision and assumed it was waived. Well, that was a mistake. The next month I received a late fee for not paying the late fee! This is ridiculous, and I absolutely do not recommend banking with M&T.

Nice, helpful, and knowledgable people. Prompt service. But there's a loooong wait for service. Even if you just want to deposit. If you just want to deposit, you're better off using the ATM.

Hi,I opened an account number0202I am writing this email in frustration about a Mobil deposit I made on March 8, 2023As of today, this deposit hasn’t been posted to my account.I have called in many many times speaking to representatives on the phone and wasted hours and hours of my time, but sadly nobody could help me.I am so frustrated of theunprofessionalism of M&T bank staffFINALY VP FROM M&T CALLED BACK , And she couldn’t either help me and needed a few days… in the end I close my account and they charge me $50 for closing it

I walked in. There were 2 tellers I was asked to wait by 2nd of the 1st tellers, so I did. There was a older gentleman that walked in a few minutes later. The teller that asked me to wait, stopped what he was doing to help the older gentleman. I was next in line I had been waiting. I don't understand why i was skipped. Thr older gentleman was depositing a check and I was withdrawal money but the teller had no way of knowing this. The older gentleman was in a suit and I was in a blue polo it's not like I was Dwight from the office covered in blood. I am very upset, I knew my profile photo is from when I was 16 but I am 37. I have been with this bank sense I was 10. 27 years and I get skipped over because I am not in a suit.
