I gave them jewelry to polish and a watch to repair. Most of my jewelry came back unpolished and irreparably damaged. They blamed me for bringing in broken pieces- when that was absolutely not the case. It needed polishing, but the jewelry was in perfect condition. I wish I took pictures of my pieces before- I lost over a thousand dollars in jewelry which is discontinued and irreplaceable. They took no responsibility- just blamed me. Save yourself the trouble- go elsewhere.

I have been going to this jewelry store for many, many years. Have bought beautiful pieces of jewelry at this store. A ring I bought there years ago needs repair so I will be going to them for this repair in the near future. Really an excellent jewelry store.

This is my favorite jewelry store in Rockland County. Compared to other stores in the area they come in at a better price. I love Lauri and Alyssa they're incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something specific they will bring out the catalogues and order it. They even do watch batteries and all sorts of repairs. Guys listen to me when I tell you, if your expensive Cartier or Omega watch is in need of repair don't go to the makers of the watch. Those companies will rip you off. Jewelry Showroom will send your watch out for repairs and give you the wholesale cost of repair instead of the retail cost to repair your expensive watch that Cartier would charge you. This store gets my highest of recommendations.
