Service department was exceptional but I was disappointed with the sales team. I wanted to purchase a car for my daughter walk the entire showroom all sales associates where hanging out not approaching us like we had some kind of disease. I even shouted I was interested in a model that was posted next to a salesperson. The only thing I got was a smile. Very disappointing. They were more concerned on how they look and their free coffee.

Just had an awesome experience with the entire crew over at Interstate helping my girlfriend with a new lease. Bryan made sure she was comfortable with all the features since this RAV4 has a lot of stuff she never had with her old car, and his manager Anthony made the whole process stress free, which can be tough with someone who finds the entire car buying process overwhelming. When we went to pick it up Rob made sure we were in and out of the signing process in no time and she's SUPER excited about her new SUV. Thanks guys!

Two weeks ago after driving for almost 50 years, I had my 1st accident. I was very distressed when they told my RAV4 which I owned from 2007 was totaled and I had to get a new car.I was now looking for a car without cash.The only place I could think of going was Interstate Toyota.I was so impressed from I drove into the parking lot until I drove out.Lou Gashi was there to welcome us with such professionalism, warmth and respect.He listened to what my needs and my concerns were.He was very engaged not just for a sale but to make sure I was satisfied with his offers.I’ve been a customer since 2007, and as a result of all my experiences I recommend my son and sister to purchase cars from Interstate Toyota.Lou also got his manager,Alex involved who sold my my 2006 RAV4, and the Financial Director was just as professional and helpful in going over details of sale.Thanks to everyone who made this seamless and expedient. The best buying experience at a Toyota dealer that I have ever had. Everything was relaxed. Salesperson Lucas answered all my questions and applied no sales pressure. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Finance person was excellent. No pressure to buy extended warranty. Overall excellent experience!

The service experience was highly unsatisfactory; they inflate bills over minor scratches and fail to deliver on the services included in the Toyota care. I was billed for an air filter service, which was later waived upon verifying that it fell under Toyota care coverage. Additionally, they refused to provide wheel alignment, citing minor damage to the front passenger side wheel and quoting a replacement cost of $679 with $180 for the wheel alignment service after that. Firstly, if it’s a major concern, it is covered under the Toyota care and secondly when I checked it was just a slight tear on the tire’s outmost layer.
