Horrible experience, I had a frustrating experience at the pharmacy when I asked for assistance to sing up on 'refills on time' program for my son with disabilities. The staff refused to help me, which was disappointing! I would have appreciated more understanding and assistance. But that was not the case. I never had this issue with CVS

Very prompt, very helpful, very caring, and you get the cheapest prescription medicine here. Plus, the cashiers will help point out over-the-counter meds that are cheaper than what you came in for, even cheaper than prescription medicines, when that's available.

I have called many stores in the area who were out of formula and we’re not aware when and if their shelves would be stocked. Luckily, I have found this pharmacy and originally purchased the formula for $45 a can (other stores sell for 33-37$ price range) as I had no formula or choice. A week and a half later, same can of formula was increased to $55. This is insane and customers are being taken advantage of due to this shortage.

Been using this pharmacy for over a year for my daughter's CGM supplies. Hadn't had an issue until recently. They simply stopped shipping the supplies and I receive a notice 2 weeks later saying that they can no longer supply us. So I called the doctor and had a script sent to a new pharmacy. I get a call today from a Greenbaum rep wondering why their script is canceled. I explained the situation and the rep blames it on previous management. Then the rep asks if I am okay with them filling the prescription. I told the rep no because I just had the order completed by the new pharmacy. Then the rep hung up on me.I would have considered doing business with Greenbaum again but after that I won't.

Have been using them for about 4 months for my CGM supplies. The last 3 months I have been told they are on auto shipments and every month I don’t receive them. I call and get told I’m sorry we missed a month! If it’s on auto shipment how do you miss a month? I then get told they will over night them and it’s 4-5 days before I receive them. I have now been without them for 3 weeks and I always get the same answers. I will be switching to a new pharmacy when my new script is due. I don’t recommend them for medical supplies.
