We have been long time customers. We ordered a case of wine on Tuesday and didn’t get delivery until Thursday night after 11 pm. I waited for the wine all day to make my Shalos Manos before Shabbos but was unable because the wine didn’t arrived on time. I totally get that we are all busy but a curtesy phone call would have made a difference! We will never buy from them again. Horrible experience! They wouldn’t dare to pull this in Monsey!
