It's very bad the staff is irresponsible, I came to them five times every time they ask me to leave a number, they say we'll call you back so three weeks have passed, I forgot my things in the car for three weeks I can't pick them up

Definitely bad, I made a reservation for 5:30, I arrived at 3:35 and they no longer wanted to assist me if I only had to pick up the vehicle even though I begged them, ok maybe I understand that it was already late and they told me to come back tomorrow I don't need another reservation because I already had it, I simply had to return the next day in the morning and that's it, I returned in the morning and now they tell me that they no longer have any vehicles that they were all already reserved that my reservation was yesterday and not today But they were the ones who told me that I didn't need another reservation, I needed it urgently and I asked them, and the one who booked it? He just told me that they no longer have it and I suppose they rented it to someone else and I suppose that if I have a reservation they have to respect the reservation that I made and not rent it to someone else and I don't know if they do that with everyone, it has to be the Same priority for everyone and not just for more frequent clients, waste of time.
