“Great place to shop. They have so many different cool electronics. But remember, this store is like a museum. You just come here to try everything out and see it hands-on. “I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”
“4 stars only because they only had small bags and not big enough bags for the pillows I wanted to buy. If the store is attached to a mall, you should definitely have big bags in case your customer is planning on walking around the mall after and does not want to carry the big bulky items with them. Otherwise, this is a great target store, and I generally enjoy shopping here.”

“I live in Brooklyn New York and I frequented many 7-Elevens and I've been to 7-Elevens across the country but I have to say this is one of the friendliest 7-Elevens I've ever been to. When I visit my grandkids I always take him to the 7-Eleven the owner's son calls me Grandpa he's as friendly as anything the whole staff is friendly it's just a great nice warm place to walk into. So if you're traveling anywhere near Monsey New York popping they'll be very happy to see you and you'll get a big smile.”
