We bought robes for the kids, and they got torn at first use.
Before we had a chance to do anything, the store called to say that there may be a problem with these robes and that we should bring them back to have them fixed at no charge.
That's fantastic customer service.

The store has really decent prices, which of course is super important. The quality is also quite good, and the selection is big enough but not too big that it's overwhelming. Best of all, though, is the attentive customer service. The staff is super friendly, dedicated, and attentive. They helped me find everything i was looking for, and understood exactly what i wanted. I felt they were there to help me find what i wanted/needed and and not just there to make a sale.
