Such a friendly Chase branch! I usually give two dollar bills as small gifts and they had plenty. Many places will be bothered but Emily and the staff here were so hospitable! Especially Alex, the manager was so gracious and only wanted to make you feel welcome. Hope I have another chance to come by this way again!

I am banking with chase for years with no issues till now when I deposited a third party check of over 5k not before asking the teller if they will except it she told me that if it's signed by both in the back it's good but they placed a freeze on my account requesting to verify the check but the only way to verify it was by providing a phone number they can call the third party but it must be a " verified phone number" I gave them all the phone numbers he is using they are saying it's not verified numbers and this is the only way to verify it even when I walked in to the branch with the third party it was not good "as we don't except in person verification" so they simply stole over 5k from me chase is a company of legally licensed thieves bank with them on your own risk

Poor service they blocked my accounts for 3 months for no reason I just deposited few checks from a Jewish legal organisation! It’s scandalous I am having panic attacks from all this!!!

Very slow service Alex was very rude in a nice way by telling me, I should not use the drive-thru for paying a simple past due balance, on one of my accounts, and instead instructed me to park my car and come in to the branch, I waited more then 45 min ...then I was instructed to call the 1-800 number to speak with customer support, but was instructed to go back and pay the bill in the branch, not helpful at all.I bank with Chase for a very long time.I might switch banks in the near future

Have to wait 4 business days for the next available appointment to see a banker, and no they are not that busy, just seem lazy, they just keep getting worse at this branch.

I have been a Chase Bank customer for 25+ years. I have at the very least a lot of dealings with Chase Bank over these years both on a personal and business level. Simply put The current Manager (Michal Thomas) at this location is 'THE WORST' person you want running a bank! He is extremely rude and has no concept of what Customer appreciation or customer satisfaction means! He said the following to me (and he is the branch manager) " I could care less if you close your accounts if you want to, go ahead". I did infact close one of my account right in front of him for his total lack of professionalism, and I have already begun to look for another bank that at least values me or appreciate my business, and even if they don't:, they won't tell me this to my face. Here is a little glimps as to the service here, during the pandemic time when you were not allowed into the bank itself I was on the drive thru teller line at this branch waiting for 25+ minutes, waiting patiently in my car like everyone else in order to withdraw money I needed for some basic living; suddenly out from the side door of the bank comes a bank customer service representative and puts one of those orange construction cones right in front of my car and says to me " I'm sorry but the teller must leave today at 4:00pm sharp so you will need to come back tomorrow " I said to the representative but I've been waiting on this line for 25 minutes how could you just put a construction cone down in front of my car and tell me I can not be serviced today I have been waiting online for so long! His response was were open tomorrow at 8:30am come back first thing in the morning you will be able to do your transactions then. I told him "I need the money today not tomorrow I have been waiting on line for a long time, at least put the orange cone in back of the last car waiting".He just walked back inside the bank as if I didn't exist or ever heard me. They mislead me with some information about ATM card banking as well. Simply put they want you to do everything on line and can't even give you a bank statement if you are in a jam. So do yourself a favor and save your self a lot of aggravation and a lot of this disrespect. Do NOT bank at this branch for sure! I am a local Google guide and this is by far the worst review I have left and if I could leave negative stars I would have done that! A week later I found out that Mr. Thomas the manager took the initiative to close my bank accounts without my permission and not only did they bounce my outstanding issued checks , but chase had the audacity to charge me for those bounced checks fees even though they closed the accounts without my consent. A few days later I got a letter in the mail from Chase Bank stating that they had decided to terminate their relationship with me. What?! We had no relationship at all.! When I asked why my accounts were closed they said I'm sorry they could not discuss it. Beware of this bank! I remind you I was a customer for more than 25 years I was customer when it was Washington mutual and Chase took it over.

Best place to bank in Rockland county! I come from the city, and I was used to get service, so I went to the other chase locations on rt 59 near all fresh supermarket, while waiting in the line, a woman came in and asked for small dollar Bill's, coins, etc. For her store, they answered her sorry we need ID,She gave them her ID , then they said "sorry we can only get you change for 1 hundred dollar bill"She start to yell "It's 12 years I am banking with chase, and I need change for my cashiers" they ignored her.When the guy asked me "what can I help you"? I said that I need to open an account, they asked " do you have an appointment "? I said yes, he came back , sorry your late with 3 minutes, let's schedule a for tomorrow 10:30. I tried to asked them that actually I was here in the line, so I was here on time, but no one listened to me.So I drove up the 59, and I came in this branch, and I didn't go to the teller like this time, they asked me "what can I help you"?I said that I want to open a account! They asked "do you have an appointment"? I answered NO, So they told me "write down your name , and we will try to see what we can do for you" after 30 SECONDS, yes 30 seconds they called me in , they was helping choose the best type account for me,They were so professional , so nice! They didnt try to find loopholes not to open the account,They helped me fill out the applications , explaining every detail from the applicationIt was a pleasure Sometimes when I pass here ,i saw a lot of traffic, and i was wondering " why are people coming here?" Now i understand, IT'S THE SERVICE!AND IT'S WORTH TO WAIT
