The employees at this branch are great. I have no complaints about them. However, Chase saw fit to not only install only one after-hours ATM that very often has a line, but also to keep a horribly slow machine with buggy software so that every transaction takes forever. Improve the ATM and I'd give five stars.

Really great Bank that greets me by name. I'm not that important but it's very nice to have a bank that tries to please and work with customers. Parking has gotten v bad since the nail shop closed colonial moved in They need another ATM for after hours
