Great costumer service!There Qin phone is a breakthrough in the kosher world.If it would've had lyft, instead of uber that has significantly less cars here in the monsey area! I would've been even happier,especially now with all the unsafe taxi story's...In any case it's a very good strong and kosher phone!

Charged 3 months when phone could not be activated, before checking phone. Gave a phone with 3-5 cracks in it as a loaner. Cost multiple hours on the phone and travel time. Had to dispute charges. Once an independent dealer charges the card, they cannot refund it. Bad experience. Recommend the Verizon store where they say they never charge until service is provided.
