Apathetic service at the pharmacy. I was unable to remediate a refill since 4/11 until today, 5/1. The pharmacist blamed my doctor but I have a record of the number of attempts that the doctor's office made to the pharmacy. I asked to have the refill sent to a competitor so I don't have to deal with the incompetence I've been dealing with at Walgreens. They are unable to assist so I am having the competitor take care of the issue. Rude customer service! I am switching to an online competitor that at least has the medications in stock when refills are due. Good riddance!

Although they don't take UHC community plan but they take GoodRX!!! I like shopping around for meds that is not covered under my insurance. Minus one star for customer service

This walgreens is completely unprofessional.The Pharmacy dept is rude and obnoxious and the rest of the front cashiers seem upset when they have to actually get up and help a customer or ring you up. In addition, it is really unprofessional and close minded for the people at the pharmacy to ask you your name and because it sounds Latino, immediately proceed to respond to your English questions in Spanish. Serious training needs to happen here..I can't even begin..

The other negative reviews are supported here. My wife made appointments for three of our kids to get the vaccine. We had to keep the kids up because the only appointments were 8pm. So we kept the kids up later, they worried all day about the shot. We show up and the "manager" says that she just tried to call us. (The drive to the pharmacy is literally 4 minutes.) "We ran out." So all that for nothing. This pharmacy is trash. How can you go to work every day and treat people like that? Do you sleep well? What a shame.

Got my vaccine shot with pharmacist Susan. She didn’t explain anything. She didn’t go through the briefing and initial it like the screening form required, got an attitude when I asked to check the vaccine bottle to make sure Im getting the right stuff, and the injection was very painful. Unnecessarily so, I think.Maybe she was having a rough day — but it was a quiet Sunday afternoon… or just pandemic burnout. Whatever. But Im definitely going to a different Walgreens for the second dose.

I have been coming here to pick up medicines for my mom for many years. Evie is such a friendly and personable presence there. The other pharmacists are nice as well. The Walgreens where I live in Middletown is atrocious. Always a quick and easy stop here.

WARNING: do not use the ATM at this establishment. It spat out less money than I asked for, and yet my bank debited the higher amount. When I asked the cashier, she said it happens all the time. Why they haven't removed this machine is beyond me, but you've been warned!

Had an absolutely terrible interaction with this pharmacy yesterday. My daughter needed an antibiotic that proved hard to find. They originally told me they did not have it. After I called around and found a pharmacy that did have the medicine in stock I called back and kindly requested that they transfer the prescription. The pharmacist first corrected me that she had partially filled the prescription already. When I stated I wasn’t aware of that she said I must not have been listening to her and asked “is the amount we have not good enough”. Yes, there was an abundance of attitude and rudeness in her voice. I then asked again for her to please transfer the prescription to a pharmacy that did have the full amount and she flat out refused. She told me she was too busy with vaccinations to waste her time on the phone. She demanded that either the other pharmacy call her or that the doctor just write out a new prescription. The other 3 pharmacies I talked to this day were more than happy transfer the prescription. To me her behavior and attitude was rude and unacceptable, my daughter needed a medication ASAP due to a severe infection. I really do think people waiting for an optional vaccine would have been understanding. Fast forward I finally get the other pharmacy to fill the prescription and for some reason my insurance isn’t going through even though I had already called ahead to make sure it was covered. Turns out this Walgreens billed my insurance for the partial fill that I never asked for and never picked up. It took another 3 phones calls to get them to please reverse the claim so the other pharmacy could receive the reimbursement. Meanwhile I am trying to entertain/comfort my sick child at the counter of the other pharmacy. Again I was told how busy they were due to vaccinations. Overall this pharmacy delayed my child receiving a necessary medication for 3+ Hours because they didn’t want to do their job. This is an unacceptable level of care and unacceptable treatment of patients.

Eva in pharmacy is great. Customer service is above and beyond the usual retail services. She remembers everyone name. 5 star and she deserves a raise thank you
