The staff has no idea what they are doing. It would take way to long , to explain all the problems this store has caused myself and my husband. I will say, that we paid cash to have them set up and activate my husband's phone. Instead they causes more issues and major stress. I went back for a refund. They wanted to put it on my debit or credit card. Hell no!! So they said they could mail me a check. I will take 7- 10 weeks Yup. That's not a typo. 7- 10 weeks!! Never again . I am still waiting for my check! I have an idea how they got such good ratings. Family and friends. That's how. Anyone can write a review

If you're looking to buy a phone and have nice customer service takeing care of you BUT when it comes to pay the bill you're getting like 10 hidden fees and paying 10 times Above the price and having no way out besides paying you're Wage to them from like 3 weeks THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE PLACE TO GO ????

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. I have been trying to get a phone there for a week and they can’t even give you a straight answer about why it’s not there yet. You get better service in a deli in East New York.Authorised retailers must keep the standards high…but not this one.

DON’T SHOP HEREDo yourself a favor and go to a corporate store. The closest one is Middletown New York. This Russell store in Monroe is substantially more for every item (iPhone 13pro max $115 more) Plus they charge you a $35 in-house connection fee in addition Verizon will still charge you there $35 fee. We were also given quite a bit of miss information. Not worth getting into every detail. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Love how the website, Google and the sticker on the door says open until 5:00 on Sunday but by 4:30 they lock the door, stop answering the phone and yell at you from the desk that they are closed.

We searched for where Santana Jackson was working - Because he was so helpful the last time we bought phones - we finally found him in Monroe NYHe was so helpful and knowledgeable and patience with us - We would never buy phones from anyone else
