Worst Post office I have EVER DELT WITH! As of now they will not deliver any of our packages that won't fit in the mailbox! The supervisor lied n post master General is soo nasty!. They didn't even tell us that they were going to refuse to deliver our packages n just started 7/29 sticking orange sheets saying unsecured/no safe place. When we went to get 4 packages after waiting forever in line the people in there tell you NO WE DONT HAVE IT! BUT TRACKING SAYS OTHERWISE. I HAVE HAD 2DEAL W THIS NIGHTMARE POSTOFFICE FOR 27 YEARS! THE NEW POST MASTER GENERAL RUNNING THINGS NEEDS 2BLOOKED AT. I HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM IN ABOUT 9YRS THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN TOLD WE CANT DELIVER UR PACKAGES! WAS LIED 2 N HAVE HER LYING ON THE PHONE RECORDED N MY MAIL PERSON WHAT HE TOLD ME RECORDED! THEY NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE COME IN BC SO MANY PEOPLE R NOW BEING TOLD WE CANT DELIVER UR PACKAGES/MAIL! INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST N NASTINESS AT ITS WORST! PLAIN RUDE, UNHELPFUL! HOW CAN I PICK UP MY PACKAGES WHEN I CANT DRIVE IM DISABLED!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. A package from overseas was delivered to the wrong address. I went to the post office daily to find out where my package was. Each time I was told I would receive a call. By day 4, finally a supervisor said he would drive to the address to where the package was delivered. Unfortunately, it was not there. The post office refuses to compensate me for the $150 package. They say I have to ask the company that sent it for a refund. But why? It is not the
sender’s fault! Clearly the incompetent mail carrier should be held responsible as well as the post office. Never rely on this post office. Every bad review is accurate. I am not done with this. Shame on all of them except for the kind supervisor who tried to find it.

Good experience most times, sometimes they are late to opening or sometimes they are very very slow.

if you're drooping off a USPS package here, make sure they scan it! otherwise it could sit there for a nice few days/weeks with no proof they have it! so frustrating

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. The office can get busy, but staffers remain dedicated and friendly. I use this office often, and have no issues with the USPS staff.

The guy working here was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hours at this post office are much better than the other two nearby. Plenty of parking too.

Anyways, Went here in person with my mom on Tuesday December 12 2023 to drop off a package, and mail the 80 christmas cards that my mom had. We got there, picked out a box. First off with the boxes there was only 1 medium box left, and the others were either too small or large. Second, there should be a sign or something stating that one has to build the box themselves. We went on line to the postal worker, and he gave us the tape and said we had to do it ourselves. Which is fine, because we managed, but then had to wait again because we had to build the box. The postal worker was very pleasant however, so that is a good thing. Also, he was the only worker on, so that's probably why we had to build the box ourselves also, so that he can take care of other customers. It also gets really busy during the holiday season, and while there was a line, it moved rather quickly, both times where we were on line. After building the box, we went back on line again, and were taken care of. price for a box to ship to south carolina was about $35.00, which isn't bad. i believe it depends on the weight of the box too. the guy asked us if we needed stamps also, but we didn't. Easy service.Also get mail through this post office, and really have never experienced a problem.

Horrible service! They have one worker and the line just keeps growing. They walk past and don't even look over at the growing line. Harriman PO is 10 times better!!

Horrible service. They had 2 cashiers open while one is busy with doing a passport the other is busy with a client making an address change and you know these 2 things take forever. The manager comes out and just stands there and doesn't even bother to help his worker expedite the process .
