Asked if I could take a delivery after 2 on Monday , I said yes . They said via text messages, no calls only though text messages we will let you know when we set up the run what time . End of conversation. Monday comes and they tell me we never set it up , I have all the text messages if anyone wants to see them . I left work 2 hours early to meet them , I’m out $50 , payed someone to take away the old because that don’t do they courtesy, another $100 . Maybe we can set something up Friday , or how about Wednesday? No I have a stage 5 wife who you want to sit on fold out chairs ? Bad customer service , I will never buy from Raymours or any business that deals with these clowns ! They don’t deserve any stars ! Bad business who doesn’t care about the customer

They don't have any service whatsoever! I placed a package at my door to be delivered and the driver somehow didn't notice it instead of calling or ringing my bell he just left and when I called in the representative on the phone was really nasty..
