Everyone that works at the Monroe location is absolutely exceptional at what they do!
Between customer service being on point, taking matters very seriously, and of course having that home style feeling of walking into the doors and being greeted like family! I can’t recommend Barbra and her staff enough for their dedication and pure professionalism!

I had a great experience, went in for a home equity and was happy with the well informed staff, tellers answered the phone when called always polite and Barbara and Thomas got me through the process! Great bank and great branch!

Absolutely horrible experience! Will be taking my banking elsewhere! What a freaking disaster In every aspect if basic banking. Since when is Zelle next day for example?? Trash freaking bank. Also I NEVER EVER leave reviews ever! This was a Terrible experience.

Worst bank ever! customer service is terrible! they will find all different ways to hit you with charges and there is no one to talk, even by calling their main number you will not find any help. STAY AWAY
