I had a great experience, went in for a home equity and was happy with the well informed staff, tellers answered the phone when called always polite and Barbara and Thomas got me through the process! Great bank and great branch!

Barbara at Trustco Bank has been informative, helpful and makes banking easy. And now they even have a freshly re-paved parking lot !
