This is the best place to have your furry babies cared and looked after. The entire staff shows nothing but love and compassion for the animals. Today we had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl and the staff of pets I love made a very hard choice softer and easier! Thank you to the entire staff of Pets I Love for their love and compassion!

I just want to say thank you to Dr Smatt and his staff for everything they have done for me and my cat. Corey was taken care of as if he was their pet. They did everything in their power to make the end of his life as comfortable as possible. They dealt with my endless annoying calls and appointments. They tried different meds and worked with me as much as they could. Unfortunately, Corey has passed over the rainbow bridge tonight earlier than expected but i will never forget the love and care they showed us and will continue to use them for my other pets. I could not recommend them enough.

From 1st phone call for our 1st appointment it was stellar. Have a aging golden retriever my oldest of 3 dogs who needed immediate attention her current vet couldn't provide us. They saw us right away and immediately felt like family. No trying to soak us or pad the bill for unnecessary costly treatments. Prompt, kind and caring which sadly you don't come across often these days. We were nervous how our dog was during the night and on a full schedule today with surgeries and exams they took us in before they opened. The only down side is I wish they'd see humans Thanks Docs Dr. Smart and Dr Szpicek & Staff James Sadler, Lois Elise & G

Excellent, caring, kind, compassionate and THOROUGH, veterinary care. I cannot recommend "The Pets I Love" more! The entire staff are excellent and you can tell they all care immensely about you and your pets. From checkups, and routine vaccinations to surgery and illness there is no better place in Monroe or the surroundings areas to bring your pets.

Simply awesome. Dr. Smatt and Dr. Debra are amazing. They have cared for my dogs for many years. My English bulldog had many allergy issues and they were the only drs to help her. For 11.4 years she lived a comfortable, happy life because of their outstanding care and dedication. When it was her time to pass, as hard as it was, they made it easier. We were so lucky to have them caring for her and our other dog for so many years. If you're in need of a Stellar vet team look no further. They are the best.

I knew this experience was going to be a good one from the moment I made our appointment. We just moved to the state and I was afraid I would be stuck with a terrible vet like the last one we had. I’m very happy with our experience and the care we received. Definitely coming back for annuals & shots. Amazing loving people.

We couldn’t be any happier with this beautiful place! You immediately see how much this vh loves and cares for your animals. You can tell the staff loves what they do and where they work. You immediately feel like family. I wish I could go there for my check-ups! Thank you so much for caring for my Mr. Puff cat ?⬛ ♥️
