Went in today to pickup a couple of things. One of them was beer. I had forgotten my wallet when I left the house. Went to the self checkout and was asked by the girl who was working the stations for ID. I told her I didn't have it with me. She went to get a supervisor and she came over and said they couldn't sell me the beer. I am over 50 years old and can't believe they wouldn't accept that. I left everything I bought at the register. They are the only store in town that asks for id for everyone. Even people that don't look anything close to 21. There policy sucks.

about 1 month ago i was in the monroe store and needed assistance at the self check out. a woman helped then called me a derogatory name as she walked away. i went to customer service and they said a manager wasnt available so i lodged a complaint on the main web site. ive received no reply to date. you honestly dont care about your customers so ill take it to a public forum and let as many people as possible know and get them to stop patronizing your store. you dont want to address the problem, fine, but ill do everything i can to drive customers away and hit you in the wallet. i currently have 42 people that no longer use your store. have a great day!!!

Ms. Mason follows what I take and lets me know what to watch for and avoid . She has called my doctor on a few occasions to let him know of a bad mix and to request a different medication to avoid a bad reaction.
