I've been a customer at Soho Salon Monroe for just over 7 years and I'm completely happy with my experience each and every time I go there. The staff/stylists are amazing, from the time you arrive to the when you're walking out the door, you're treated with kindness, professionalism and courtesy. My hair always looks great and is much healthier then when I started with them. I'm very happy with Nataline, she's an amazing stylist and does wonders with hair. Thank you Soho, for not only making me feel good about how my hair came out but also about spending my money. You are all wonderful!

Me & my daughter had gotten highlights. Ruth did mine and was great. Sandra did my daughters and was horrible!!! She was supposed to do a dozen or so high/low purple highlights and layer her hair. Instead she over bleached, tri-tonned (purple, pink and blond) and framed her face. The colors were blochy and there was a random purple chunk in the front. Obviously not happy at all especially taking 4.5hrs and looking nothing like what was asked for. Thankfully it was able to be fixed by Natalie, she was AMAZING!!! She listened and did her best to repair the damage. It couldn't be what was originally wanted but the results are beautiful.

I was frustrated - moved to Monroe 3 years ago and I wasn’t able to find a good affordable hairdresser. Decided to give Soho a chance - my daughter wanted a haircut. By a miraculous chance we got an appointment that same day with Heather. And we fell in love! She is fun, skilled, experienced and pleasure to interact with! My daughter loves her new look and I will come back soon to get a cut from her too! Thank you!

I truly admired my daughter’s hair every time she came back from Soho salon. She recommended that I go and meet Heather. Tired of my long hair being placed in a bun I went to Heather and told her that I wanted a completely different look. What she did for me was nothing more than A phenomenal job. Every time I get my hair done with Heather I receive many compliments from strangers the best one yet is “whoever does your hair is an artist”. Heather and the people who work for SOHO salon are amazing, friendly, and caring. It’s just an enjoyable experience every single time I go. Great service. Walked in trying to make an appointment and ended up being serviced right away. Carrie Ann took very good care of me. Throughly explained what products she recommends to me and tried them on my hair. For me having difficult curly hair she did an amazing job. Can't wait to come back ?

This review is overdue. Ms. Sandra is AMAZING and super talented. She always does am outstanding job with my highlights and a hair cut! She is also a very sweet and a caring person. The Salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and scheduling an appointment is a breeze.
