I was so happy with the experience at simple forwarding. I felt like the only client, my questions were answered and everything was taken care of speedily and professionally. The best part was simple forwarding was 25% cheaper than any forwarders I've used in the past. If you're looking for hassle free forwarders Simple Forwarding is the way to go.

I had a bad feeling the first time I called... someone answered from their house & you could hear kids yelling in the background. But once I spoke with David they made me feel comfortable because they were super friendly. But Unfortunately after wasting several weeks working with them on a shipment things got complicated. I realized slowly that they are very picky about who they work with & their process. They like to do things their way, so they don't just accept any clients for shipping like a typical forwarder. If the deal is not to their liking or too complicated they won't do it. Which is what happened to me. I worked with them for several week Communicating back & for with them & the supplier just to have them tell me they cant finish the shipment & to find someone else. All because the supplier in china does their own shipping, so because "simple forwarding" won't make an extra $400 for the china shipping its not worth it to them. Also they are Hasidic Jews, which means they typically only deal with other Jewish people. All of their employees & contacts are fellow Jewish friends, which is fine if thats how they choose to do business, but it's not great for you because they have such limitations & a narrow reach because they confine themselves to only working with fellow jews in their community.

I recently connected with Simple Forwarding for a tariff consultation. In the end, it was my goal to feel a little more confident with the rates that I should be charged along with making sure that my products are consistently and correctly classified. I’m so happy to write that this consultation provided me with so much more value than I could have imagined. Abe, the owner of Simple Forwarding, not only took the time to meet my objectives, but went beyond to “check-in” on various other parts of the logistical process to ensure that my business isn’t spending any more than it needs to in the process. Although prior companies that I’ve worked with have certainly provided the door-to-door service I pay for, none of them have ever taken so much time to make sure that I understand the process and what my business is paying for, and certainly no one has been so detailed in making sure that I understand what small steps I can take to reduce paying duties on things that are not truly product cost (but are often added into the bottom line); and this discussion was not a "cut corners" one, but one of smart AND ethical business practices. Finally, he checked in to make sure that I’m aware of all possible selling opportunities that may be of value to my business. Suffice it to say, Simple Forwarding has earned my business. In speaking with the owner for about an hour, I can tell you that this business truly cares about and collaborates with its clients. I’m excited to use them in the future!

From when I requested a quote they were the nicest and the most helpful out of all the companies I had called.
The response time is under 10 minutes usually instantly, and their customer service is awesome!

simple forwarding is the best! i looked into freight forwarders for a very long time and i could not find any one doing a good job. I then tried them because my friend said she also uses them and i am always going to use them no matter what. they are the best.

This is the first time I've used Simple Forwarding and I'll never leave them! I'm a newbie Amazon seller and they helped me understand all details and stuff so well. Everything went smooth, fast, and cheap! The customer service is quick to respond and helpful. The secretaries know their work well and want the customers to be satisfied.
