I went last night to Rapid Care and I'll begin by saying the front staff was very rude . I was obviously in distress as to the reason why I called ahead and asked if they had the services I would need for example blood work. She told me I would have to be seen by the Dr to see what was wrong. Needless to say what a mistake. I saw this lady Dr who I explained the issue to and with an attitude she said she didn't see anything but a bruise. She prescribed antibiotics and cream so I left and went to the ER and I actually had a blood clot in my arm. I will never set foot in Rapid Care again. That Dr should be ashamed of herself.
