This company is the worst I have ever dealt with to get invoices. Over a month dealing with these people to find out where my invoices were. Finally cancelled order and was told they would credit my credit card, never happened, had to call again. Had to file with credit card company.

Ordered 500 invoices in August. Was told weeks later they were being printed and was due to ship Sep.19th. Never showed up. Called and they told me they’ve been out of the forms and back ordered with no arrival date so I’ve cancelled my order. Now it’s been a fiasco trying to get my money back. Reached out to the owner, Frady numerous times with no call back from her. Unacceptable, lackadaisical, and untrustworthy business.

Horrible Company! Ordered invoices , and received them after one months . I called several time to check on my invoices and was promised that the will go out shortly , never did. never responded to my call . drag me for 30 day .Never Again bad service and price as well .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed a simple order a month ago, tried to check on the order a weeks later. Received NO RESPONSE from anyone. Just checked the order again and it was CANCELLED.

Horrible! I paid for express processing, so I could get the order by the New Year. After waiting over a month, I checked on the order, and the website just said "awaiting payment." I live chatted with someone who said they had to check with someone, and they would let me know. They still made no attempt to contact me by phone or e-mail. So, I live chatted with customer service again, and was told that I had not paid for the order, which is ridiculous. The order won't go through online until you put in the payment method. So, somehow it did not go through. I paid for the order with a different method of payment immediately. They hadn't even started processing them, that could take 5-7 days. I asked her about upgrading the shipping since I was not notified of the reason for the delay. All she would say is, "I'll see what I can do after the payment goes through." She never apologized, and the order came ground! I finally received the order, and the address is printed wrong! I guess I will just mark out the part of the address that is wrong, and use, bc I don't have another 2 months to wait for the corrected product! I will not be using this company again. It's not a good price anyway!

I had made an error in my printed check order. NO PROBLEM, without question they corrected my error, no charge and delivered the corrected checks by priority service. Now that's a company I highly recommend .

I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for 500 little stickers, when I called them they told me that they are a little backed up and it will be another 2 weeks before these stickers go out. One would thing that they would have let you know that the order that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to print will take a month, but they didn't think that it was important, that I needed these stickers. Very unprofessional. I am sorry but that's not helping me, or my business at all.

Charged my card but no check in the mail and ordered on April 5th. Order #172552. When I called the number they couldnt even find my order. I will report it to paypal.

Horrible we got the checks and also stared getting horrible surprises in the Acc. Our Acc was hacked and they were using the routing and account #. The only different thing we did was ordering checks from this company because it was cheaper. What a big mistake.
