Wow!!! Unbelievable prices. I typically get my prescriptions from CVS because it's convenient. However, recently I was shocked when a prescription sent to them would cost me over $100. My husband had a similar experience and his doctor recommended a local pharmacy. He paid only $7 for the same prescription, whereas I paid $5 for mine, and not $105. It's frustrating to see big chain pharmacies overcharge consumers while smaller, community pharmacies offer better prices. I want to thank Monroe Pharmacy for its affordable prices and friendly service.

The service at this pharmacy is always spot on. They greet you with a smile and answer all your questions with much patience and kindness. A small local pharmacy with attention to detail. Best part of it all, is that they have a large inventory and always have my medicines in stock. .

Halfway from Buffalo to visit family in Monroe, I realized that I forgot my prescription medicine. I was recommended to seek help from Monroe Pharmacy. The pharmacist and assistant were extremely welcoming, understanding and helpful to me. They truly saved the day by providing me with a few replacement meds. Thank you!!

Very nice people and lots of services also you can get your eye test done for the DMV which is great ? previously used central valley pharmacy for the last 20 years and so the Monroe pharmacy is basically the same place as central valley pharmacy which I love so so much and will go back as soon as I have transportation to get there. I do recommend both pharmacies!

I have been a customer for over a year and they are great!!Debbie has always been wonderful and supportive and answered all requests and issues with patience!But today, I had the most incredible experience w MohammedMy brother came from Las Vegas to visit and lost his meds. Pharmacy was supposed to.close at 2 for labor day.I came in at 1:55 and Mohammed WOULD.NOT LEAVE until he resolved the issue. He.stayed until 3 on the phone w my brother's pharmacy, his drs answering svc, etc.He resolved it and we got his meds.And with grace, and a friendly good by.And he told my brother enjoy your visit to NY and call if u need anything elseI was speechless and have rarely had this level of caring!Thanks Mohammed!!

Each and every staff member that works is always kind and very respectful, I called them and told them that I was running late and I would be there but their store would already be closed and they were kind enough to wait for me to get there and keep the store open because they knew that it was hard for me to get to there, I on the other hand have never come across any other Pharmacy that would do that, most of the time the doors are closed five minutes before closing time, but anyway on top of that they offer a great service and they carry any medicine that I need and if I they don’t have it they can get it for me

I've discovered Monroe Pharmacy after years of frustrations with those big brand name pharmacies where they couldn't care less about you. I'm so grateful I found this gem of a Pharmacy in the town of Monroe, NY where you're treated like family. They know you by name, and go out of their way to make sure your medication needs are taken care of month after month. All of their employees and pharmacists are very professional yet extremely friendly. I can not recommend them highly enough, I know you'll be happy with their service.

I wanted to love them. I do! I'm new to the area so I thought I could share my experience. My original RX for my daughter was written for 100 days however they only filled her multivitamin for the quantity of 50. I would never have known the quantity changed if Walgreens did not notify me and I noticed the discrepancy as I tried to support a local business and got her RX filled at this pharmacy. They also don't accept GoodRx so that's something for everyone to know. They won't refund you either even if they don't notify you that they've split up the prescription either so you would have never known!

was charged $20 for covid tests which are being sold for $10 at every other pharmacy. this place is price gouging during the pandemic

Monroe pharmacy is excellent to work with! They are willing to answer all your questions and help in any way. They have extensive knowledge on compounding medication and highly professional. They offer fast service when you need medication and truly go above and beyond to ensure that your medication needs are met!! Highly recommend
