Everyone is so friendly! You can tell they are all animal lovers because they always try to ensure your pet is as calm as possible. The doctor is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and doesn't try to 'upsell' you on unnecessary things. I hate having to take my pets to the vet, but bringing them here makes it a little easier.

They were so gracious and even called the next day to see how my Allie was. They got us in quickly with an emergency and were so kind. Thanks to them my girl is doing so much better even after getting a bad prognosis. Keeping my fingers crossed she sticks around as long as possible!❤️?

The staff at Monroe Animal Hospital have been caring for our beautiful girl Ruby since she is 12 weeks old. She recently had surgery and they did such a wonderful job. She was made so comfortable, and the staff checked in after we took her home. The staff are organized, helpful, and truly understand the concerns of a pet parent. I highly recommend their services for any animal.

I brought my very sick kitten GiGi in on Saturday and they were quick in treating her and trying to diagnose her symptoms. They sent us home with instructions and medications and told us what to do if she did not improve. Would recommend them in a flash!

Dear Sir/Madam, I filed this complaint and spoke to the veterinarian and she forwarded a report about Lulu my cat that died for a routine surgery. She claims she was intubating the cat when her hear stop. This procedure is routine unless there was a person not trained in performing this procedure. Yesterday I opened my mail and I got a bill for two $235.63 and they gave me a discount for $9.75 for killing my cat. The bill had a note attached to it which appeared to be offensive and unprofessional. I'm asking you to reinstate this complaint and investigate this Veterinarian for the conduct and for the death of my cat Lulu. Good morning, Re Veterinary Complaint failure to provide documentation. Good morning, Yesterday I spoke to the doctor Greenberg at length and she provided me with the Notes. She also appeared very sincere in her apology to what happened to my Lulu. So I've decided that it is in the best interest to withdraw this complaint. Sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused you. Good morning, Veterinary Complaint failure to provide documentation. Dear Sir/Mam, On May 6, 2024 I had an appointment to have my 10 month old tabby Lulu spayed. I took lulu to the Monroe Animal Hospital. I followed the veterinary instructions not to feed her at night or in the morning before bringing her in for surgery. I was instructed to bring her in at 8:30 am, and I did. They told me that she needed a rabies vaccine and I asked to have her chipped in the event she got lost however lulu was an indoor cat. Lulu has been treated by this veterinary since she was 1 month old. Any explanation that my cat was no healthy is completely untrue. It's should be noted that under rule 5.14 and 5.15 the animal should be examined prior to surgery to determine whether surgery can or should be performed. Let's be clear, this cat was a healthy 10 month old feline. If it is the veterinarian claim is due to an unhealthy cat then if their preliminary examination should have ruled out surgery at that time. If a preliminary examination was not preformed then the veterinarian violated rule 5.14 and 5.15. At about 10:15 the morning of the 6th I received a call that lulu was being prepped for surgery and her heart stopped. I was distraught over this and asked my wife to bring her home. The vet gave lulu to my wife lying on a dirty towel that will be seen in a photo provided in this email. I called the vet on May 20th and asked for a report of exactly what happened. I was told that I would receive a call later that day but they don't provide any written report in regards to this issue. I never received a call. This is a video the day before on May 5th. She, "Lulu" is grooming two kittens that are not hers. I would also like to bring to your attention that prior to this my cat named Tommy was given a distemper vaccine and that evening had to be rushed to a 24 hour emergency veterinary clinic to be treated because he shown signs of distress. I think this facility should be investigated. Medications and unsanitary conditions should be investigated as well as the staff's credentials who participate in surgery's. It is essential that Veterinarians follow guidelines set forth by the licensing board. Under the NYS Professional Practice Rules 5.14 and 5.15 the Veterinarians must provide Contemporaneous permanent treatment records, which reflect the actual treatment or services rendered. Such records should contain patients information regarding the examination health assessment and/or treatment of the patient. Document of all complications hospital acquired infections and unfavorable reaction to drugs and anesthesia An assessment of the outcome of care and provisions for follow up. Under the rules, 5.14 and 5.15 it's very clear what the vet is required to do. The unprofessional behavior of this Veterinarian should be noted. I received the call saying we were prepping your cat for surgery and the heart stopped. We gave the cat adrenaline. Do you want us to continue to try to resuscitate the cat. I said yes continue t

Love the staff. My in-laws took their dog there and never had any issues so when we got our dog it was the logical thing to do. And I'm very happy and will continue to bring current and future pets.

If there were 0 starts, that would be my rating. My dog was a patient and I would never go back to this establishment ever again. Greedy, cold, inhumane, money grubbing, unnecessary tests, hiding fees then springing them on you at the last minute and treating you as though you are shortchanging your dog's health. Toward my dog's end, we stopped vaccinations as they caused him to have seizures. After my beloved dog died, I was looking to adopt another and when the agency called my Vet to confirm that my previous dog was a patient, they were told that I refused to vaccinate my pet and that I should be denied an adoption!!!!! Some poor dog was euthanized because of their incompetence and vengefulness. I allowed my baby to die at home in my arms and not in one of their cages with no one there and the lights out and that did not go over well with them; they lost the $$$$ as that is all my dog meant to them. This was just one awful example of treatment. There are many more. LISTEN TO THESE 1 STAR RATINGS; THEY ARE ACCURATE.
