I went there Tuesday night frantic because my plug to the internet modem wasn’t working. The woman that helped me was very very nice. She took her time to help me. I didn’t get her name but this was Tuesday 2/20/24 evening. I just wanted to thank her for all her help and thank God for the dummy box !

Liz is awesome!! no lie, lol, it took a few months to get everything set up, all because of my schedule. I went with Metro, not because of the company, but because of Liz. Honestly, I thought she was the owner of the store with the way she conducted herself. I appreciated the passion she displayed for the business, and her undeniable caring for my concerns. I knew it was the place to be! Thanks Liz! Deborah was very helpful too. Much appreciated!

Went to the store on a Monday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. stores hours at 10:00 to 8:00 p.m. or later on doors locked nobody comes to the door very unprofessional came here to pick up my new phone which I cannot do there's no note on the doors dating when employee will be back

Finally was able to return my Motorola G Series Yesterday (6/6/23). Walked in no one was there, Liz came out from the back, and immediately helped me with my return. She did seem upset that i talked to corporate about their low stock, and it could be my luck, but especially if one wants a particular phone, it can be really frustrating if a local store don't have what one has in mind. Plus not to mention everytime i go, it seems that they always have a low stock on phones. Anyways, she also did apologize for my prior visit the day prior where i tried to return my phone and had to wait, however stated that each person needs their turn. Which i understand, however again, it's just a simple return. Also feedback: she told me that i will only get refunded for the phone and not the screen protector or case. While i accept Metro's policy, this is foolish in a sense because i don't have the same cell phone, and unless i can use the case and the screen protector on my current phone, it is kind of odd to not be able to get a refund for that. However, i got a refund for the phone and that's all that matters.Easy refund process. For anyone else, to return one has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone, you must have the credit/debit card that you used to purchase the phone with handy with you. Refunds will post from 3-5 business days (which i wasn't told, not that i didn't find out) i have my current phone where the sim card is in it from metro, so i am still using its service. May consider another location if i ever need a new phone.

Went in to purchase a new phone. Saw the price saw the price of the phone I wanted and was rung up $50 more than expected. There was a line so I paid, however when I inspected the receipt I saw the clerk snuck in a phone charger. I didn’t not need, want or discuss a phone charger. Huge issue in getting money back and explaining the issue because of the language barrier. All said and done, I got all my money back and walked out with my original phone. Horrible experience!!!!!!

***AVOID THIS STORE!!!!** I was charge $22.50 by Metro for this stores incompitence.I'm leaving Metro after 10 years and going back to reliable VERIZON. The store had only one person workingwho was Spanish speaking only. I don't speak Spanish, so the woman behind the counter tried to charge me for a $50 charger that I don't need then when I tried to get my money back(I paid cash). She had to call corporat. 6 other customers were helped while I waited almost a full hour. I've been with Metro 10 years now and this is horrible

Liz, was so helpful to me. There are still kind people in the world. This took more than 2 hours. She was patient and helped customers in between helping me. This process was not for me it was to help someone else, we were both patient to help someone else.. lots of back and forth with customer service but we got it done. I am always grateful when I meet people that are kind. Service was an A+

Worst service ever!!! I tried calling this store for a week straight and no-one answer the phone!! And when they do answer,they can never answer your question or they tell u to call back on the day when a manager is there!!! Even then,nobody answer!!! U cant be that busy!!!

Didn't really get much done here the day I visited because contrary to the store saying T-Mobile in it's name & on the sign , I couldn't pay my T-Mobile bill here, but that was my misunderstanding, I still really don't get it, lol.

Let me start this review by saying that i started with this company in 2020, and purchased the LG Aristo 5. My friend used them and highly recommended them, as they are no contract phones. Had to change my number, but that was okay as i wanted to have an 845 area code. Liz is very knowledgable, and helpful. Also seemed to have no iphones available in store. Google was easy to set up tho. Data plans come as $40, $50, and $60.00. I choose the $50.00 plan as i wanted unlimited data.Went here yesterday to purchase a new phone because my old one had a graphic problem! Oh well, it was somewhat old. When i took it to the store, liz was very honest and said it is better off getting a new phone because LG phones are no longer in production. i appreciate that. i also had to decide what i wanted: because it is cheaper to get a new phone with a new number, but more if u want to keep your number. i ultimately decided to keep my number. Liz had only 3 phones in stock: 2 Samsungs, and One Note plus phone. i went with the One Note plus phones because it is compatible with my hearing aids, so i can pair them to my phone and use them as headphones if i want. I also couldn't go without a phone-- i could have waited for the iphones she ordered to come in, but have work on thursday and need a phone to communicate. Having a limited stock of phones is a bummer, especially for those who may want the iphone, but if an you are an android user, you are definetely in the right place! Also there are less active phones that are available to test in store. Research first is my suggestion. my new phone was only $200.00. Never experienced any problems using the metro phone, including any wifi problems. Hoping to stick with metro for some time!

Horrible experience! Call customer service nobody knows anything! The store nobody answering and when finally someone answer they leave me on hold for more than 30 minutes! This company should be out of business!

Hello its really disappointing that I cant give a good review at this location due to nonprofessional, rude, nasty employee. Her name was Marisol which obviously visible on her name tag that I wont forget because of such poor customer service I received. I asked a simple question regarding service and plans, her response for me was to go online and there all the questions I have will be answered. So RUDE, NASTY, and DISRESPECTFUL. She should not be in customer service at all!! Someone in higher up position needs to address this ASAP . I cant recommend this place which is really unfortunate because logistically it is so close to me.
