Coming home from a long weekend away the sidewall blew out in Harriman State Park and seems as though new cars do not come with a spare. Anthony came and flat bedded car to a tire store we thought was open only to have it be closed early. He then made a phone call to see if the tire size was in stock at Loyal Tire, which was closed for the night. He brought the car to the shop and opened it up for us. Tired was replaced in a short period of time and we were on our way back to Long Island. Without Anthony's great service we would have been stuck in Monroe for the night. Anthony's knowledge and caring made all the difference with a bad situation. Highly, highly rated.

Today I had a flat tire and I received service so quickly. I just want to thank the gentleman who helped me! He was so considerate. He recommended a plug for my tire when I thought I had to get a whole new one.
I followed him back to the shop and he had a plug in the tire in less than 20 minutes! I cannot believe such a disaster was resolved so quickly. Thank you so much.

I have four cars they have serviced. All were taken in with minor issues and each one had to go back for something else. This business is shady, the workers are very rude and I am still waiting for a call back from Anthony regarding my daughter’s car. We were charged an arm and leg for a sensor they never changed. Had to go to the Honda dealer to receive the proper repair work. Do not waste your time or money here. They will rip you off!

I can’t say enough about Anthony and his crew. They ALWAYS go up and beyond what is expected of them. Even when I bring my car in for an oil change they ensure all of the fluids in my car are filled, tires are in mint condition and always look out for the best interest of the customer. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Unfortunetly I had to use them after a car accident. They were very rude and put down more mileage than it was so they can charge more. The staff is very rude and they hang up on you and cuss you out if you catch them in their own trap. They swore they didn't have my car key but it magically appeared when the police was called on them. Avoid them at all cost, but if you can't please read the fine print and be on your game with the.. they will take advantage.

Had one of the worst experience, had to call "Village of Monroe Police Department" to solve my issue. my car got towed there from accident, and had to keep there for couple of days while insurance investigating the accident. I went there to pay for the service fees and towed the car to my home, I have paid for it and got the receipt, they said you are all set when your towed get here will open the gate to towed the car. when towed car got there they called me and saying, why I didn't left car keys in the car, when they have my car keys, I got so mad they hang up on me. I had to call "Village of Monroe Police Department" to solve the issue, when police called them, they are saying it was just miss understanding they have the keys now. Please never go there for any service.

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged me for a repair which was never done.I was towed in to replace my ignition switch on a Thursday, after my key became stuck and wouldn't turn. They told me the part would be in on Monday. On Monday, they told me the part actually wasn't needed, the problem was repairable.Got the car back Monday (why they didn't try to check/diagnose first is a mystery to me, rather than have me wait four days, but ok)ALL THEY DID WAS FORCE MY KEY (and bent it, thanks ?) NOTHING WAS REPAIRED. For this I was charged $350 (2 hours labor, and ""diagnostic fee"")After all this, I drove home, tried to take my key out AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. NO REPAIR WAS DONE. The key is stuck in the ignition again, this time partially in the on position, draining my battery.They fixed nothing and actually damaged my equipment.Unscrupulous and Incompetent business.
