I called and was specifically TOLD they had a medication in stock and when my dr called it in and I called for a pick up time I was told by the woman who answered the phone that I should have not been told the med was there as it was for their “regular “ customers- NOT GOOD

Great service. Huge selection of supplements that no other pharmacy has. Prices are also very reasonable. Open late hours which is very convenient. I won’t use any other pharmacy but this one. I highly recommend it.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS! Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, consistently providing the worst experience imaginable. The never-ending waiting lines are a complete nightmare, and their apathetic attitude towards the prescription business is undeniable. Save yourself the frustration and find a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers.

I cannot understand the negative comments I've been treated with the utmost respect it's much worse at CVS !!!!. They always tried very hard to take care of business for me n usually only 10 minute wait. Better then any other pharmacy to me. Thank you kiryas Joel pharmacy for treating me like they care n if a mistake is made it's very easily fixed for me.

Avoid whenever possible! This pharmacy does not care about their costumers, every time I happen to stop by there will be at least 20 people waiting and only 1 staff member filling out prescriptions, this has been going on forever, they don't bother to add staff so the wait should be less severe. Disrespectful!
