The owner I call him doc because he his compassionate, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and artist and most of all the most honest person I ever meet. I been going to doc over twenty years or more. I am 68 and ever time I go there he remembers me. I when to him to make me a special Buddha pendant he found me a Buddha but was not good enough for him when out of way to find a bigger and nicer Buddha. Design a special back of the pendant for me. Here is what makes the best and honest jewelry to go to, gave me a price for a small Buddha found a larger one special designed he made no extra charge. Here is my recommendation go to Cyrus jewelers in Monroe ny for any kind of jewelry or spend your money foolish in some other jewelry store.Thanks doc for been one of a kind someone who cares about the people that visit his store. I took a link out of my bracelet and I could not get it back together. I walked into Cyrus Jewelers and the woman there immediately took my bracelet to the back and fixed it. She had it back together in less than 2 minutes and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend Cyrus Jewelers to anyone looking for friendly, courteous staff. 5 stars.

I took my late father’s signet ring to Cyrus Jewelers to be resized so that I could wear it myself. It turned out to be trickier than I expected due to the shape & size of my knuckle and finger. The professionals at Cyrus worked patiently with me through several rounds of adjustment and refinements until we got it just right. They understood how much the ring meant to me and were extraordinarily gracious throughout the process. Not only was the service exemplary, the quality of the jeweler’s work is exceptional - a true master craftsman. Needless to say, they’ve earned a lifetime customer!

I cannot say enough good things about the lovely people at Cyrus Jewelers. My husband and I got my engagement ring and our wedding rings from them and I couldn't be happier. Mehron worked very closely with me to design a perfect and unique engagement ring, and we did beautiful custom wedding bands as well. I get compliments on my set every day. On top of everything looking and feeling wonderful, the prices were very reasonable. I'm very happy with our purchases!

Found a small vivid green stone on a beach in Italy and Cyrus Jewelers designed and crafted it into a beautiful pendant necklace. Could not be more impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work. Most highly recommend.

The collection at Cyrus is huge, from gold pieces, sterling silver and more… just delighted. I went for something very specific and they were able to get it for me so fast. When I went back to pick up the custom bracelets for me and my friend they were so helpful and made sure they fit nicely.I am so happy with the bracelets. They have great customer service and are the sweetest people ever.

Mehran and Penny individualize the shopping experience by hand choosing stocked items that cater to our requests, make alterations, and custom design products. For over 20 years, they’ve delivered consistently impeccable service.. every. single. time. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that we walk out happy. I’m always thrilled with my jewelry. Best of all, I always know I’m getting a fair price because the owners are so honest. I get an even better price during the annual July sale. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this place! Came in to pick up my watch after I paid $20 for battery exchange. I told the lady helping me that I noticed that the watch is not on time/working. The lady insisted that I did not paid for a battery exchange without even taking a moment to see the charge. Meanwhile I was pointing to her the receipt in front of me saying that I did. The lady finally took the watch, went to the back and a few minutes later comes back with the watch saying that the battery is good but the watch is broken. The first time they charged me $20 and they didn't say anything about the watch not working. In order to give me the watch back with the new battery, she asked to take the receipt to the man in the back to show prove of purchase. Afterwards, she came back with the watch claiming that the battery had been changed but the watch was broken. If I had been told this from the start, I would have not payed for a service that I did not need. They're not honest nor they care about customers service.

My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring here. Cyrus was so easy to work with! I wanted something they didn't have in store and they totally worked with me to make sure I had the perfect ring. I chose an unusual stone but they never made me feel weird or judged me, they just pulled together a collection to let me pick my final stone.My ring is absolutely perfect, and it was super affordable. I highly recommend Cyrus Jewelers, and I will be returning for my custom wedding band later on. I can't wait to see what the staff comes up with for my wedding band!

"Support small and local businesses", they said... ?Some background: lived in the Monroe area for 12+ years, know most of the shops and stores around here well. I popped into Cyrus one afternoon on my way home from work and entered the store. I happened to be the only person there and looked forward to be attended to one-on-one, since it was incredibly busy the last time I was there for a bracelet resizing.What began to set the tone for what would ultimately be a short (and the last) visit from me, was a greeting from a middle aged female employee of the store, who sounded just as unenthusiastic in her hello as she was stern. I had bought 2 vintage 18k gold charms from Europe, with the seller sending me an extra bonus shipment of the same charms since I had issues with delayed shipping. I explained the situation to the employee and asked if she could take a look for me to make sure that all 4 of the charms were indeed 18K.She returned about 30 seconds later to tell me that gold testing for all 4 charms would be $10. Initially I was confused, as I have brought a gold bracelet to them in the past to test for me, as well as other things, and I was never charged for it (the bracelet did end up being what I paid for it, 14k gold). I asked her if the store's policies have changed since I was last here, and she dryly began to tell me that the justification of the price boiled down to their expertise, this that and the third - okay, fine, but not only did that NOT answer my initial question, the manner in which she talked to me describing the process was as if I was wasting her precious time and she was doing ME a favor by even attending to my inquiries ?Now, I had no problem paying the $10 fee, given the amount of money those charms were worth, but I soured on even considering it when I tried re-explaining myself (after she told me that if I wanted to sell my charms to them, they wouldn't charge me for gold testing, which is what I never asked for nor wanted) and she cut me off with an incredibly condescending "I know that", leaving me utterly aghast. At that moment, I decided that I had enough and decided not to move forward with the 18K gold testing, given how infantilizing my experience was - I promptly took my charms, said my thank yous and left, since clearly one of us (the customer) was capable of behaving professionally that day,I have come to Cyrus Jewelers in the past as a paying customer, as well as my mother, where I have been treated courteously by other employees of the store, and at one point even planned on returning to them for help on designing a custom gold pinky ring - but with the appalling attitude I was given from their own employee as if I was a burden, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Hopefully other consumers after me will be treated better than I was - an absolutely disappointing experience overall.
