Their phone number is useless. It doesn’t give you an option to speak with someone. This place is terrible. Take your money elsewhere

Why chase insist that you must have an address to get a credit card? Been a customer for 20 years, moved out of the USA for couple years, still do not want to give me a credit card,.

1st time there in Monroe to cash there check and charged me 10 for NOT Having an account with them....

After some concerns about a "platinum' employee (the people who sit behind the desks) at the other Monroe location (she kept asking me repeatedly how much an inheritance i was receiving was for) i felt uncomfortable and struggled if i should tell the manager, or what to do. I decided just to never go back there unless to the tellers (who are awesome) because the woman made me so uncomfortable with the repeated question. Okay, maybe she wanted to tell me about services they offer..right? So i said it is over a million but did not divulge the amount because there is no service they would have to tell me about which would not apply to anything more than that. I decided to use this branch from now on unless i needed just a teller, but when i called this branch yesterday, the woman (another "platinum" employee, never called me back. now to learn about investments and other services Chase provides (Chase btw i believe overall is a great bank ) now i have to drive outside of Monroe because this location appears as unprofessional as the other location here.. The managers must not really care or the employees would not do things like refuse to return calls or continually ask a client how much money they are inheriting, Really cringe and i cannot believe that for investment services or other service information i have to drive all the way out of the area into another County for help because i will not return to either Monroe location again unless it is for a teller interaction.

So unprofessional...went in October 2021 for a medallion guarantee and then back in November when they realized they needed more information. It is now January and we haven't heard anything back and I can not get a hold of anyone - this branch does not answer the phone and hasn't responded to emails....I've been with Chase for over 35 years and this is completely ridiculous. Even called Chase customer service but they insisted they couldn't help - it was a branch issue.
