Went into the branch today 10/3/22 and it was a pleasure. Made my withdrawal with ease and the teller answered all my questions about my new Chase Freedom Card. Fantastic!

Very slow and entitled employees. Nobody seems to be willing to solve your problems. Had to close my business account with Chase.

the tellers are dolls. I really like them. The woman at the desk who provides services like opening accounts and information made me very uncomfortable recently when she kept asking me how much an inheritance i am recieving is for. I told her over a million which should have been enough for her to tell me whatever service information she wanted to, available products etc. I did not know if i should tell the manager so decided not to and to not go into that branch again other than for teller business withdrawal or deposits and go to the other location. How rude and unprofessional and i would not have even left a review, had i not called the other location to get some info and never got a call back form the woman who they said would call. I guess it is just the area and will have to travel to other locations for investment and other services.

I had fraudulent charges on my card that is already closedWhen trying to stop it online they require to call in and when I called in they don't pickup phonesI'm really upset I need my money back and I want to stop the charges going forward
