I bought a phone from Cellomobile about 5 or 6 years ago to use while traveling internationally . I used it very infrequently, just for emergencies. I also had about $30 pre-payment for calls made. I tried to use the phone a few months ago but got an "Invalid SIM" message. I thought it was just because it didn't work in the country we were in. In preparation for my next trip, I tested the phone at home and again, the "Invalid SIM" message. I called customer service and they could not find any record of my account or the money put aside in reserve. I would have to buy another SIM card for $40. Apparently if you don't use the phone every year, you loose your account. At no time was I told this when I bought my phone nor is it written anywhere in the 4 page instructions that came with the phone. The phone did work well when I did use it, hence the 2 stars and not 1, but in retrospect, it cost me about $120 to use the phone 3 or 4 times and would have to pay another $40 plus a reserve to use it again. I have since found a better way to make international calls.

This is a typical heimishe owned company that has no idea what costumer service means. When I called up to inquire and try to get some info regarding why the mehadrin GPS is taking more data then expected, I did not get a normal response, but instead the manager Avrom Krausz exploded on me for even having the chutzpa of asking some questions. Apparently in the Monroe community, costumers are expected to pay for the goods and not ask questions, so when a Brooklyn'er comes and starts asking simple questions, he gets yelled at as if he is a person trying to demolish their company. And for the finishing touch, Mr. Krausz holds himself as the world's leading psychologist, and for some insane reason thinks that when I want to purchase a Waze device from his company, I am also really interested in a whole lecture verbally and online about my mentality issues.

Used for our 15 day trip to Italy and Greece - was wonderful - loved that they mailed to me ahead of time, so much easier then trying to find stall at airport. Only issues was that I expected to be able to connect more then 5 units, and one day in Malta was not working even though we had bars on our cell phones. but filled out online form and they reset things and all was working within an hour.

I had very good service on my rented China pocket wifi device. It always showed full bars with 4g LTE speeds. Costemer service was incredible. You're rental fee is very reasonable. Thanks to you're service my China trip was a hit.

The unit works flawlessly in China and in Hong Kong. We had to go back and forth between the two locations couple of times and there were NO problem. All our WiFi needs were met. Received the unit couple of days before the trip as promised. It also came with outlet adapters for Asia! The return process was a snap. Will definitely reserve from you again for all our international trips! Thank you for the great service.

We used this mifi for a trip to the British Virgin Islands. At first we could not get anything to work...took a few days to get it sorted out, but the customer service was most helpful. Once we got on wifi in a town, then we could contact. We were running 2G not 3 or 4G, but the support was great! We thank them for their great help! We will use Cello again!
