Employees are not friendly and the drive thru pick up window is consistently the slowest cvs I have been to! Where's upper management?? Work ethic and employee attitudes need to hange. I just wish I lived closer to cvs in goshen!! That store has got it together.

Went here around 12:00- 1:00 on a sunday to pick up a gift card for my aunt. Overall nice store. Had to ask the store associate where the gift cards were, and was walked to them right away. Store was organized and cute. Didn't have much time to look around tho. Checkout was easy. Would probably be back

This CVS needs to make some changes with the staff. I always come here to pick up my meds through the drive-thru and the older red headed lady that was there today was extremely rude. Unfortunately that wasn't the first time I have experienced a rude employee and my patience is wearing thin. I suggest they all take a course in customer service.

Okay had to switch drug stores for insurance reasons. Drive up I can never get thru as everyone goes after work times. so I went inside the lines are long unsafe to me ppl not following signs as they post them up in the air where ppl don't look when it says this isle for lining up. An A frame sign would be better. Couple weeks ago an obnoxious s ray sniffling swaggering no doubt drug addict was waiting in wrong line talking loud on a phone to a gal abut him coMing over he was scary not wearing his masks. I was trying to get the attention of a clerk to look out and call a mgr as he was a bit to loud unruly and then he said out loud oh wow I'm in the wrong line and came behind me bumping into me and he said sorry and tried to start up a convo I left. There was only the pharmacist 1 reg gal and1 window guy and they need more help at certain times such as 4-6 as teachers get out at those times and workers and they get hit hard there.lack of ppl to help. Auto calls non stop and they say they can't help with that either

I have written complaints directly to this CVS on three occasions over the past few months and the customer service has not improved at all. My biggest complaint is that there are never enough cashiers working at the pharmacy registers - especially on evenings and weekends. The store is never crowded, but there is almost always a long line at the pharmacy counter. I'm giving 2 stars because one of the pharmacy cashiers is always pleasant, efficient, and greets me by name every time she sees me. But the place really only deserves one star. It is overpriced (and until recently I lived in NYC where higher prices are expected, but in Monroe? Really?) There are better deals across the street in Walgreens. I pick up ten prescriptions here every month and have had several store employees, including a manager, behave rudely to me for absolutely no reason. They seem overworked and/or miserable with their jobs and it shows. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens where the prices are more reasonable and the staff is more pleasant/helpful.

I posted a raving review few weeks back based on my experience with a couple of staff in the store BUT it is really frustrating when you come in to the store and 98% of the time the coupon center is NOT working. I know you can load coupons to your card but not all of them( i.e. mystery coupons). And when you tell the associate the problem they just tell you they CANT do anything about it .
