They deserve no stars at all. They lied about shipping an item and twenty days later I still do not have the item that I needed by tomorrow and you can't reach them at all.

Best B Clothing: I bought Hanes Ultimate 90%-cotton sweatshirts, but received cheaper Jerzees 50%-cotton. Due to their "error", they agreed to refund all my money and said they would cover the return shipping expense, but couldn't supply a pre-paid return shipping label. While they did refund the cost of the items themselves, they didn't include either shipping cost. After posting negative feedback, I received an unattributed email explaining "...It was a technical system error on our return software which was the case for partial refund... please remove the bad reviews you placed already from Google Etc"..." Shortly after that I got my shipping expenses refunded. So to be fair, I've updated my original 1-star negative review to what you've just read.
