They sent one of their tow trucks to help me put on my spare tire, and they didn't bother to notify me that the spare didn't have enough air in it and now I ended up having to pay over $200 for a tow a new spare tire and a new rim. I'm very tempted to sue for the losses I had to take due to their incompetence. If I'm forced to use their services again, I'll be refusing and contacting someone else.

Poor customer service, poor attitude, manager is rude and disrespectful, poor quality workmanship, incorrect installations, I will never go to this shop again, and will never recommend them to anyone.
