This towing company are our saviors. After experiencing a traffic jam that left our car damaged—John pulled up without being called. He was passing by and offered to assist us because he wants to continue to keep people and the roads safe especially during the holiday weekend. We damaged our car, got picked up, and dropped off at the nearest car rental in under one hour. John was a delight to talk to during a stressful time and truly cares about his field and customers. We couldn’t be more thankful for this service and genuine hospitality. Thank you so much again John.

I called roadside assistance and they recommended Payne towing. For a single female at 3am with a dead battery, I was pleasantly surprised at how quick this company responded. I didn't have to wait very long because they are open 24 hours, plus the technian was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Thank You!
