I have had many different cabs take us to our appointments, I will say a1 cab Corp is one of the best ones I've ever had, there is nothing bad to say about this company I will continue to use them as long as I can, the drivers are very respectful, understanding, and reliable. The owner is amazing and I'm glad I got to know him, he's a great boss for sure, they get us there on time and are always waiting for us to get done unless they have another pickup which is good. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for ur great and amazing service.

They picked me up almost an hour early. Dropped me off and I went to my appointment. I called when I was done and they said they would be there in a half hour. An hour later when they were still not there I texted the number on the card and asked if they were coming. They said that their driver was on the way. A while later I messaged again and asked if they were close and they said things get out of hand and she's almost there. Two and a half hours from when I was supposed to be picked up I got a call from the driver stating she was in the parking lot. I had already arranged to be picked up and was back home getting ready for the appointment I almost missed because they couldn't be bothered to pick me up. If you really need to get where you're going I would highly recommend not using this company. I will find other ways to get to my appointments from now on as this company is far from reliable. I spent half my day sitting in a doctor's office and the only response I got was "things get out of hand sometimes." I totally understand that but I also understand that when things get out of hand I need to do my best to fix it and take care of my customers.

Very courteous and picked up in a timely manner. Taxi was very clean and also love the fact he wore his mask!
