I was facing a time sensitive issue with my kitten and even though we weren’t established patients they took us same day! I am so grateful. The cost was very reasonable and everyone was so kind and helpful. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing care! When it was sadly time for my elderly cat to pass, the folks at Mohegan Lake Veterinary Hospital were so kind and supportive, it helped me face the difficult time in a way I didn't think possible. Everyone there is part of a loving, dedicated team. Your pet will be in the best hands!

The fact that my dog is always excited when we pull up is reason enough to travel to this clinic when I moved over an hour away. Everyone is always lovely and the quality of care is something I don't know I would find elsewhere. My dog loves Dr Lavigne and is never nervous to see her. 10/10, will always recommend.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding veterinary clinic in our community.
The team not only provided exceptional, compassionate routine care for my late dog Ash, but they were also instrumental in detecting his osteosarcoma early.
Catching the cancer in its early stages was truly a blessing. It gave us the chance to fully understand his condition, consider our treatment options, and ultimately provide Ash with the most loving, thoughtful end-of-life care. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to enjoy eight more cherished months with Ash, keeping him comfortable and engaged right up until his final moments. When the time came to say goodbye, they thoughtfully guided us toward a wonderful home service to assist with his passing, allowing us to honor Ash in the most peaceful way.
Now, a year later, we’ve welcomed a new furry family member, a flat-coated retriever puppy named Fin. From the moment we stepped back into the clinic, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm—not just for Fin, but for Ash too. The entire staff, from the reception team to the medical professionals, remembered Ash and shared fond memories of him. It was touching to feel such continuity of care and compassion, as they expressed their joy in our decision to add Fin to our family.
Caring for another species is no small task, whether as pet owners or veterinary professionals. To find a clinic that combines such expert care with genuine kindness and personal connection is rare, and I’m so grateful to have found it here. This clinic is truly a priceless resource in our community, and I would trust them with any pet’s care, time and time again.

I 100% recommend Mohegan Lake Veterinary Hospital. They are amazing. They actually take the time to listen and care for my pet. They don't judge at all. They are totally understanding and compassionate. Unlike another place I went to where they didn't listen and had their own opinions. Love Mohegan Lake Vet.

I love every one of the staff at Mohigan Lake Veterinary Hospital. They are all awesome. I'm especially loving Stacy and Emily. But they all go above and beyond. I love how they all peek in the room to see the babies. Dr Belvedere was so kind when I was losing my Chihuahua, Rocky last year. I finally decided to rescue another Chihuahua and even though I live in Dutchess, I went back to Mohigan Lake Veterinary Hospital. I couldn't be happier with them.

I had an emergency with my dog and am new to the area. Mohegan Lake vet saw us within an hour and gave my dog such amazing care. Dr Belvedere is thorough, knowledgeable, and so kind. I have found my vet!

Dr Belvedere is so awesome. The ladies in the office are awesome as well. They took care of my baby Kingford...and expelled that horrendous demon out of his little body. (He had some sort of stomach infection that gave him explosive diarrhea)and it smelled like a zombie apocalypse coming from him. They are all wonderful and the office is really clean despite King always peeing....and I loved that they go over the prices itemized before hand so that at least you can make informed decisions based on your baby needs. Thank you
