I thought my Pixel3 had crashed and was prepared to buy a new phone. Well, a nice young lady named Madison knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and in 2 seconds she had "fixed" it. Kudos to her and her expertise!!

Went in there last month to replace a phone on my account. Ok, no big deal. As the agent is looking at my account she tells me I can save $5 a month if I switch to the unlimited over 55 plan and $20 a month with the same plan using auto pay. I tell her I'm not interested in using auto pay but will do the $5 a month since $60 a year is better than nothing. Today for the hell of it I check to see what my next months bill will be it see it's going up $27 a month not down $5 a month like I was told! I call customer service and was able to get switched back to my previous plan and bill. The people in these damn stores need to be trained and know what the hell they're talking about. Incompetent!

I needed my iPhone to be serviced I visited this Verizon store, I am pissed the young lady that I met didn't tell that she was not Vaccinated only found out while she was trying to fix my phon she started talking the the customer being served by another employee, how RUDE. We need to be informed who is and not so we can make an informed decision if we want unvaccinated employees to take care of us. Really Verizon you need to do better. You have exposed me to Covid

Went in the other day because I was having issues. Got helped out immediately even though I did not have an appointment. Gentleman was able to figure out my issue right away. He had my phone fixed within 5 minutes.
