I recently ported my numbers over to T-Mobile and signed for the unlimited internet plan as well - Bart and the entire team were wonderful and patient! Highly recommend this store to anyone in the area looking to do business with T-Mobile

After being a Sprint customer for over 20-years, and now a T-Mobile customer since Sprint has become part of their domain, we experienced what I would say is perhaps one of the worst (if not THE worst) customer experiences in this T-Mobile location. After advising the sales representative of our account information (3 iPhones, account up to date and always paid on time), we were attempting to inquire about any promotions that they may have available to upgrade to new phones. We also advised that as of late, our cell service in the general area has been very poor. According to T Mobile representatives online (and in this location), T Mobile is upgrading their cell towers for improved service. However the cell towers in this area have not been upgraded (yet the service charges remain the same of course… for reduced bandwidth and connectivity).Anyway, as we were trying to determine if there were any promotions that are available now (as in matching AT&T’s recent promotion of an additional gift Visa card in the amount of $250 for each new line with AT&T, besides matching our current T Mobile monthly invoice, plus an additional $12.50 per phone monthly discount).The representative at this location stated that they would only have a similar promotion for a new customer (but no promotion or discount for a 20+ year customer).In the middle of this discussion, another customer came into the T Mobile store, and at that point the sales representative immediately began a conversation with that individual (and subsequently began completing ignoring us).If that is how T Mobile representatives are taught how to work in sales and customer service, I don’t see how they can continue with their market share.Tell me how I’m wrong.Thanks, I’ll be reaching out to AT&T and Verizon to see how they treat their customers (new, or otherwise).Sign me as: sadly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Worst customer service. I walked in, 1 employee just starting to help someone else. I stood there, he didn’t even acknowledge me. After 10 minutes another employee came out. But he couldn’t help me because they only have one tablet to upgrade sprint customers to a new phone. I spent a total of 40 minutes in the store and eventually turned around and walked out. Horrible customer service and rude staff who are not equipped to help you if you are a sprint customer

I agree that this was one of the worst T-Mobile experiences ever. We are charge a $30 activation fee and the guy in the store was referring me to a website in order to get my phone activated and info transferred. I told him that I prefer that he did the phone transfer there but his attitude made me feel like something was going to go wrong. Of course when I get home only part of the phone was transferred and we were unable to make or receive calls. I called T-Mobile customer service and they returned the activation fee because now we were inconvenienced had to go to another T-Mobile store at The Town center where we received excellent customer service. Even the representative there didn't understand why it wasn't activated the correct way. This other store in Mohegan lake also smelled like a boys locker room. Sometimes when you get a feeling that the person does not want to provide good customer service or maybe drank or ate too much at Thanksgiving you should stick with that.!!! Some people said it was because he was a young guy who obviously didn't even care about his appearance but that gives young people a bad reputation. You either have a good work ethic or you don't no matter what age. I like T-Mobile but I don't care how desperate I am to get a phone I will not be returning to that store .

Thank you Joe for helping me set up my wife's phone with Tmobile. We had a 24 hour horrible experience with Boost Mobile as her previous carrier that resulted in us having to switch phone companies. Highly recommend this store.

I recently upgrade my service from sprint to T Mobile. I did want to exchange phones for newer models. James helped walk me through the process with ease. Yes I had to have all my older phones with me and what would seam complicated he helped make simple. I was able to switch my account and get 3 new phones. Thanks James! The app is also very good.

I was very pleased with my T mobile purchase. Ray and Sean answered l my questions and were very patient. I was glad I chose that particular T mobile.
