I needed to add glass shelves to my wife's curio cabinet where she keeps figurines and her salt and pepper shakers. Rich was able to model new shelves off the one I dropped off and they look great and have a nice smooth and sanded edge that looks fantastic. I had him make four shelves in total, doubling what we had in the cabinet. Ken

Not a good place to go. Ordered a glass table top. I made the mistake of paying for it in advance in full. When it came I wasn’t pleased with the quality of the cut. I called to express my concerns and was ignored. No accountability and poor workmanship. Don’t give them your business.

Richie installed a sliding bathtub door for us and a full glass shower (2 walls on a right angle) with a door that swings in both directions. He was professional, timely, and did an excellent job and was clean in how he left it. We had clear instructions not to use the showers for 24 hours. I love the work he did. Based on this experience, I highly recommend him. They could be a little better about keeping you updated on the status of your glass, but we got the glass installed a week after it was ordered, so we have no valid complaints.

Apologies if this is long, just want to make sure you get the whole picture.It took close to 3 weeks to get 2 small shelves for a kitchen cabinet. The initial call was pleasant, I was told that it was a simple job and that they could have the shelves done in a day or 2 maybe even the same day. After a week and half I went to pick up the shelves only to find out they haven't even been started. The template that was dropped off for sizing was in the same place it was when we initially dropped it off. Very disappointed!!!!2 1/2 weeks later I called to ask if they were done, still nothing!!! Next day I called and expressed my frustration for their lack of commitment, I told them that my son was on his way to pick up the template. When my son got there the person behind the counter had no idea where the template was. After searching and waiting the template was in the back, the shelves were being cut. It took my son less than an hour to get there (simple project that was done in an hour took them 2 1/2 weeks).I will say the shelves were nicely cut, edges could have been smoother, price a bit high!I will give them 1 star for lack of commitment and advise you to reconsider if your project has a sense of urgency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richard has has done a beautiful frameless glass and shower set up for our mbth. He also has done a couple custom mirrors throughout the home. He is always prompt, even to address small touch up. Prices are better than competitors and he always commits to his quote. I would highly recommend.

Excellent craftsmanship, very professional, they offer a variety of options that ultimately you will be 1000% satisfied. Purchased glass top for unique shaped dining room table. Perfect fit. Then purchased shower doors - floor to ceiling, incredible product, no issue after 5 years, still looks brand new! Adds tremendous value to house. Save ur time, money, try them first as I Recommended him to # of friends, family etc, they were more than pleased.

This company is not thrust worth, it they offer more that what they can handle, their work ethic is low. They don’t keep up with what they offer. Do no hire this guy; he is rude, disgusting and low. He didn’t finish the job and left it halfway done, the owner appears smelling like alcohol in many occasions. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Tried to get a job done at RC Glass. It has been three weeks, no phone calls no contact, no glass. Stopped by Saturday mid day to find the place closed. I don't think this business is interested in doing any business!
