“From the moment I walked into the store, twice in the last 2 weeks, I was greeted with a warm fuzzy welcome. The first time a young man asked what he could help me with and I showed him a color code from another paint company that he matched perfectly. The second time I was greeted by a female associate, I'm sorry I am not sure of her name, and she asked if I needed help. Actually in the past she has helped me before. She made a few suggestions and gave me great advice. Instead of the colors I picked out I noticed a display of your color for 2023 Redend when I placed it with the chip I had for my living room Biscuit, I knew instantly that was the color. I did ask if anybody else picked that color and she said, No. So I'm the first, and it came out just the way I wanted. I also observed the associate help 2 other ladies while taking care of me. Kudos to the whole team.”

“I normally go to Home Depot, and never get the service I crave, so I went to this local hardware store close to where I live, and 3 times so far I've had the best experiences with Max and Joey, Manny. All 3 of these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Kindness is such a rare commodity these days, and rarer in the Northeast. Ugh. Anyway, that really goes a long way when it comes to the in-store experience. This is my preferred hardware store now. Thanks for your help and guidance. And thanks for allowing me to use your sink to clean my hands. You guys are great.”

Again, I received amazing customer service from the Wallauer store in Mohegan Lake! Experts! Professionals! Thank you to Blaine! Perfect colors! And thanks as well to CJ and the entire staff here. This staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful at this store… from products and techniques and tools, to color and design elements. The hues and undertones in paint colors affect the overall look of your paint job- especially exterior paint on an entire house! You will be extremely pleased by the wonderful customer service here-
