Where do I even begin? As someone who has leased and own HIGHER & WAY MORE EXPENSIVE cars than an Audi I've NEVER experienced the type of SCAM they tried to pull on me here. I was leasing a 35k BASE Audi A3 as a secondary car for myself as well as my Nanny to use to drive my son to & from school. The way my mother & I were treated was Upsurd & upsetting. Unfortunately one of their employees got the wrath of us and that was not fair to her because she's just doing what the SCUM tell her Everything was fine at first it was still over priced for an A3 but I understand how the car industry is since covid. I put my deposit and was going to sign & pick up the car Saturday with OUT paying anything more because i paid the down payment during the week to make it quick and simple . It was a DONE DEAL. I show up Saturday waited an HOUR because even though I had an APPOINTMENT my sales rep MADE HIMSELF he had another customer ok fine it happens. After an hour of waiting I'm told they made a mistake on the insurance card they did on FRIDAY HAHA made a mistake on the insurance card that they post dating from Friday to Saturday how did you not notice YOUR MISTAKE ? Fine no big deal right super annoying to wait for an hour and 45 minutes on a Saturday bc of their own mistake. While waiting for the insurance to be fixed I kept asking to sign the paperwork because I wanted to get out of there. Couldn't be done till they fixed the insurance .. lol OK well didn't understand why until the finance girl who walks you through signing everything had me SIGN EVERYTHING & then proceeded to tell me i owe another "fifteen fifteen" $15? I said ? No 1,500.15 for what reason? I already put down the down payment for EVERYTHING. Then go proceed to tell me Idn wtf I'm talking about and when was the last time i leased a car ? I don't blame this young girl because that's what they do they get these young girls to deal with their scams it's not fair to her or the customer. AFTER a whole bunch of nonsense this poor woman going back and forth dealing with my aggravated attitude bc I'm getting scammed comes back and tells me her general manager said no problem will keep the deal as it is ( AKA AS IT WAS BEFORE YOU TRIED TO SCAM ON A BASE MODEL A3) and will throw in a free oil change at this point I've been ready to walk out based on the fact these people are bullshit artists and can't seem to get their work in order or set the entire thing up because the SALES REP didn't say ANYTHING ABOUT THAT EXTRA 1500 because it's over paying lol .. then to say it was a big misunderstanding UMMM NO just a big scam pretty much. Really upsetting the entire atmosphere of this place. Also couldn't get the 2k I put down after I canceled the deal because of some other lie. Lol POINT IS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this trash make shift Audi dealer. There's plenty more in the tri-state area with professional individuals who are properly trained and won't LIE TO YOU & MAKE YOU SIGN ALL THE DOCUMENTS & tell you you owe money you never did because that wasn't the deal or contact.

They are AUDI/VW of Mohegan Lake and Service Manager Basim Hanif is rude, lazy & a liar.Will not try and fix head gasket issue under warranty after my persistence over 3 months.After avoiding calls for a month when confronted about dodging my call SIM came around his desk like a THUG on 9/30/23 @ 1030am and tried to threaten me.Audi Sales Staff hearing commotion had to restrain SIM and I filed complaint with corporate. Avoid this dealer at all costs they don't want to fix anything under warranty, BUYER BEWARE!Note: Sales Manager at VW Saki promised he would get me results the following Monday and he disappeared just like their customer service.GO TO DANBURY OR WHITE PLAINS where you are treated like a human being!

If I could zero stars I would this is hands down the worst dealership in Audi and Volkswagen and there service sucks. If u can tell I'm livid with there service in general and I've bought 4 cars them. They don't care about the customers so why would we care. Take your business where it is appropriated .

Customer service was horrible we asked if we could test drive a Q7. Salesman said he would have to move a few cars and he didn't want to. He said we could only look at the car. I recommend taking your money to any other dealership, but this one.

Did I feel like a valued customer? Absolutely not.I am glad to read that other people had a positive experience because I did not.Impossible to get in contact with a manager to discuss my issues.First I will start with the good. Got a good deal on a used A4, low miles. That's it.Cons:The tires when I got the car all had different air pressures which indicates they did not even check this before selling me the car. The left side was 4 psi higher than the right side.Not sure why when cleaning they would not look under the seat and remove used gum.Charged me for maintenance yet forgot to change the engine air filter.Hassled me for trying to finance through my bank instead of theirs. This caused extra work for me to re finance a week later to get a better interest rate.Overall it's about what one would expect from an average dealership, but come on this is Audi. We should strive for excellence.Thanks for reading. Glad I only have to buy a car once every six years.

My recent service involved a few normal maintenance issues. My service advisor (Ed) greeted me upon arrival and kept me well informed throughout the process. I was provided a new loaner--conveniently one model up from mine ;) -- and my car was ready when promised and delivered washed and cleaned. All-in-all, a pleasant experience with this dealer.

In all my years of leasing Audi and Mercedes Benz abd receiving considerable service at Audi dealerships I have never been treated so badly. I had a lease set up in Palm Springs but I moved to Hudson-- resubmitted all the paperwork work and was given a similar deal. Fine, right?I didn't want to rent a car, just lease right away, so we submitted our full credit app prior to going there. They even said they'd even give me a loaner car because my leased vehicle was being unwrapped. But guy who put together the deal was gone and they wanted a new credit app. Hard pull #2 in 24 hours. And They turned him away with no car. No help with two $100 Uber rides to the dealership. A whole day lost. Poor, poor service when I already submitted an application and was offered a deal.

Purchased my new Audi s5 sports back and the experience I had with Vincent was amazing. When I walked in the first time I was heading over to look at the listing I had seen on their website. Once I headed inside he welcomed us in and was eager to help. After the first visit I wasn’t 100% convinced on trading in my older car but he worked out a better deal, Kept in contact with me throughout everything and made my life headache free. Amazing sales rep I recommend him !!

Bought a 2021 A4 in september 2022. Fast forward to may 2023 and i've begun to have issues with slipping transmission, transmission overheating warnings and occasional loud thuds from the car going into gear at 23,000 miles. Brought car in for warranty repairs and was told "nothing is wrong pay $500 diagnostic fees.". Complained and got it reduced to $215 after taxes.Fast forward to july 2023 and the AWD clutch has completely failed at 28,000 miles. Car is rendered immobile.--*currently Another Audi dealer is repairing this.Contacted audi mohegan again as they obviously overlooked this issue being there and was told there would be no refund by an angry advisor and service manager.My advice is to steer clear of this place. There are a few much more professional audi dealers nearby that will treat you like a human and not act as if you're making problems up.

I went to 5 other Audi dealerships looking for a new A-5 Cabriolet . A car in high demand this time of the year. Not one of them could locate one for me. Billy at Mohegan Lake Audi seemed to do the impossible. He was relentless in his search and did an excellent job communicating with me.
